AACID Holding Company was founded in 2016, by acquiring major shares in its oldest companies, MICT (Morgan for Information Technology and Communications) in 2010. MICT have started as solution integrator that delivers turn-key telecom solution for rural connectivity, to overcome rural areas challenges MICT had to invest in sustainable power systems and satellite communication enrich its portfolio to offer end-to-end solution to our customers.

To maximize all stakeholders’ benefits and based on company experience in Africa, MICT owners decided to establish a trusted investment platform (AACID Holding) that is very aware of the continent environment.

AACID Holding currently is an investment company running many projects through its technical subsidiaries and in partnership with it’s finance and technology affiliates.
